Do you manufacture private label sealants and caulk?
Yes. We are a private label sealant manufacturer producing silicone, polyurethane, hybrid and acrylic sealants and caulks under our clients' brands, filled into cartridges, sausages and pails with GHS-compliant labeling and an authored Safety Data Sheet.
What is a polyaspartic coating used for?
Polyaspartics are mostly used on floors — garages, warehouses, showrooms and commercial spaces — where the owner needs the space back quickly. They cure fast, apply at high solids with low VOC, and hold gloss and color under UV far better than standard epoxy, which yellows. They are also used as a UV-stable topcoat over a polyurea or epoxy base.
Can you formulate a sealant for a specific joint movement requirement?
Yes. Movement capability is a formulation decision driven by the polymer backbone, plasticizer package and filler loading. Tell us the expected joint movement, service temperature range, whether it must be paintable and what it has to bond to, and we formulate to those numbers.
What is the difference between silicone, polyurethane and hybrid sealants?
Silicone has excellent weather and UV durability and stays flexible over a wide temperature range, but generally cannot be painted. Polyurethane is paintable and abrasion resistant, which suits horizontal and traffic-exposed joints, but weathers less well over long exposure. Silane-terminated hybrids sit between the two: paintable, low-VOC, isocyanate-free and weather-stable, which is why they keep gaining ground as regulation tightens.
Can you match a sealant color to my brand standard?
Yes. Color matching is part of a private label program, including standard architectural colors and custom brand colors across the product line so a distributor's shelf looks consistent.
