What is a custom solvent blend?
A custom solvent blend is a mixture of solvents proportioned to hit a specific evaporation rate, solvency strength, flash point and VOC content for one application. Off-the-shelf single solvents force you to accept whatever properties come with them; a blend lets you set those properties deliberately — for example, keeping solvency high while pulling VOC content under a regulatory ceiling.
Can you replace a solvent that has been restricted or discontinued?
Yes, and this is a large share of our solvent work. When a solvent becomes regulated, restricted or simply unavailable, we build a replacement blend that reproduces the original's behavior in your process — matched evaporation profile and solvency — without the component that caused the problem.
Do you supply viscosity modifiers wholesale?
Yes. We formulate and supply viscosity modifiers, thixotropes and rheology additives wholesale in pails, drums and totes, and we will tune the additive to your specific resin system rather than handing you a general-purpose thickener and wishing you luck.
What are specialty process additives?
They are small-dose components that change how a formulation behaves during manufacture or application rather than what it fundamentally is: defoamers, dispersants, wetting agents, flow and leveling aids, cure accelerators and retarders, UV stabilizers and adhesion promoters. A few tenths of a percent of the right additive frequently solves a problem that reformulating the whole product would not.
Can you develop a custom surfactant system?
Yes. We develop OEM surfactant formulas and custom synthesis packages for cleaning, emulsification, wetting and foam control in both aqueous and solvent-borne systems, formulated to your performance targets and regulatory constraints.

Yes. Every blend ships with an authored Safety Data Sheet and GHS-compliant labeling, whether it is going into your plant or onto a shelf under your brand.
