Polyurea Products We Manufacture & Supply

As polyurea manufacturers rather than resellers, we can change the chemistry to fit your rig, your jobsite and your margin — not just the price on the drum.

Pure & Hybrid Polyurea Systems

Aromatic polyureas for cost-driven industrial work and aliphatic systems where color and gloss must survive UV. Gel time, tack-free time and elongation are set to your rig and jobsite.

Spray-Applied Polyurea

Plural-component 1:1 systems formulated for high-pressure heated spray equipment, with predictable processing windows so applicators are not fighting the material.

Hand-Mix & Roller Grade

Slower-gel polyurea and polyaspartic formulations for touch-ups, detail work and contractors who do not own a spray rig.

Tank Lining & Secondary Containment

Chemical-resistant linings for steel and concrete containment, formulated against the specific media they will hold rather than a generic resistance chart.

Truck Bed & Equipment Liners

Abrasion-resistant, high-elongation coatings for bed liners, trailers, chutes and wear surfaces, available for private label under your brand.

Waterproofing & Roofing Membranes

Seamless elastomeric membranes for roofs, decks, plazas and foundations, with primer systems matched to the substrate.

Polyaspartic Floor Systems

Fast-return-to-service garage, warehouse and showroom coatings with high solids, low VOC and strong gloss retention.

Contract Polyurea Manufacturing

Already have a polyurea formula? We can produce it. Contract blending, A/B side matching, drum filling and QC under your specification and your brand.

Primers & Adhesion Systems

The reason most coatings fail is the primer, not the topcoat. We formulate substrate-specific primers for concrete, steel, galvanized, aluminum and composites.

Polyurea Manufacturing & Supply FAQ

Polyurea versus polyaspartic, gel time control, private labeling and substrate questions.

Are you a polyurea manufacturer or a distributor?
We are a manufacturer. NuGlue formulates and blends polyurea systems at our Kenosha, Wisconsin facility rather than reselling another company's drums. That means we can change the chemistry — gel time, elongation, hardness, color, cost — instead of only changing the price.
What is the difference between polyurea and polyaspartic coatings?
Polyurea cures in seconds and delivers very high elongation and impact resistance, which makes it ideal for containment, bed liners and waterproofing, but aromatic versions will chalk and shift color in sunlight. Polyaspartics cure more slowly, which gives an applicator a workable window, and hold gloss and color under UV, which makes them the usual choice for finished floors. Many systems use both: polyurea for the body, polyaspartic as the topcoat.
Can I get polyurea supplied under my own brand?
Yes. We supply white label and private label polyurea — your artwork, your product name, GHS-compliant labels and an SDS, filled in pails, drums or totes. Distributors and applicators use this to own a coating line rather than resell a competitor's brand at a thin margin.
Can you adjust the gel time and tack-free time of a polyurea?
Yes, and this is one of the most common requests we get. Catalyst package and amine chain extender selection let us move a system from a few seconds of gel time for vertical spray work out to a longer, more forgiving window for hand-mix or roller application. Tell us the equipment and ambient conditions and we formulate to them.
Do you supply polyurea nationwide?
Yes. We manufacture in Kenosha, Wisconsin and ship polyurea and coating systems to clients across the United States, including applicators, OEM plants and distributors building a house brand.
Can you match a polyurea product I already use?
In most cases, yes. Send us the product data and a sample of what you currently buy along with what you like and dislike about it. We rebuild an equivalent system and typically fix the complaint at the same time — the usual ones are cost, cure speed and adhesion on a difficult substrate.
What substrates can polyurea be applied to?
Concrete, masonry, structural steel, galvanized metal, aluminum, wood, geotextile and many composites — but nearly always through a substrate-appropriate primer. Coating failures are far more often a primer or surface preparation problem than a topcoat problem, so we formulate the primer as part of the system rather than treating it as an accessory.
